1. What we collect

  • Commercial records originate from publicly accessible registries, such as Google Maps business listings. These records contain only trading-level details: registered business trading name, public telephone number, public domain, geographic operating address, and public customer reviews.
  • Information provided directly to Webske — including project specifications, contact forms, support inquiries, and order records — is utilized strictly to deliver the agreed digital services.
  • We do not collect or store full credit card details. All financial transactions are managed securely through accredited Australian payment gateway infrastructure.

2. How information is used

  • Public business data is analyzed to qualify local market opportunities, audit mobile web performance, and tailor high-performing digital marketing solutions for trade clients.
  • Details provided about your business are applied directly to draft landing page copy, formulate SEO schema markup, and keep directory entries accurate.
  • We never sell, rent, broker, or trade client or prospect personal information to third-party data brokers.

3. Do-not-contact and opt-out registry

  • Any business owner or representative may request exclusion from all prospecting databases by flagging their business as "do not contact".
  • To request immediate exclusion, submit your trading name to hello@webske.co. We will confirm flagging across all current and future databases within 48 business hours.
  • All opt-out records are preserved permanently to prevent accidental re-inclusion in future research.

4. Storage, encryption & security

  • Client files, audit reports, and lead records are stored in access-controlled environments accessible solely by authorized team personnel via authenticated, role-based controls.
  • Draft previews and client review links utilize cryptographically secure tokens shared only with the designated client.

5. Retention and deletion rights

  • Business intelligence records are retained only while actively relevant to ongoing campaigns, after which they are systematically reviewed and refreshed.
  • Upon formal written request, we will expunge your account profile, order history, and stored creative drafts, subject only to statutory Australian taxation and accounting record-keeping laws.
