1. Services & Deliverables
Webske.co designs, develops, hosts, and maintains bespoke marketing websites, landing pages, custom web applications, and local search optimization campaigns for local businesses.
Every project follows a transparent review lifecycle: discovery, draft development, private preview, and formal approval. No code, copy, or page is published live without your written approval.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Terms
The initial launch package covers custom design, copywriting, SEO schema architecture, and social share previews. This is billed as a transparent, one-off fee ($350) prior to production deployment.
Ongoing hosting, speed monitoring, security patches, and minor copy edits are billed at $60 per month with no lock-in contract.
All commercial transactions are processed through verified Australian payment infrastructure. Official tax invoices with GST breakdowns are issued with every order.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You maintain 100% full ownership over all your business assets, trademarks, branding, copy, and customer relationships.
Upon settlement of the launch fee, you receive full license to all custom creative materials produced for your business.
You may request copy revisions, phone number changes, or service updates at any time while your monthly hosting plan is active.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly hosting plans can be cancelled at any time without penalty; your site remains live through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
If project work has not commenced, the one-off launch fee is 100% refundable upon request.
Once a private preview is formally approved and deployed to production, the launch fee is deemed fully earned and non-refundable.
5. Compliance & Fair Use
Client websites and applications must not be deployed for unlawful, deceptive, or misleading advertising under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Tradies and contractor pages must feature accurate business names, valid Australian Business Numbers (ABNs), and applicable state trade licences in the footer.
